Rosa began her career in the commercial department of Telyco (Grupo Telefónica), where she worked as manager, handling accounts and human resources. She then joined Grupo Empresarial Yeregui-Linares as executive secretary to the CEO, also reporting to the president and general manager, before serving as executive secretary, personal assistant and administrative manager at the company Lumen Pacis.
She is currently the office manager at Benow Partners.
