Julio Romero is a litigation lawyer and partner at Benow Partners, where he has been leading the Litigation and Arbitration Area for more than ten years. With more than 25 years of experience, he has accompanied enterprises and multinationals in civil and commercial matters, always with a practical, collaborative and results-oriented approach.

He specialises in complex proceedings: corporate disputes, commercial distribution contracts and, in particular, insolvency proceedings. In this area, he works closely with his clients to help them manage crisis situations, evaluate alternatives and make strategic decisions. He has extensive experience in court, arbitral and out-of-court dispute resolution.

In addition to his professional activity, he has been a teacher on the MAAB+MUDE Master’s course at the University of Navarre since 2014. His work combines legal expertise with a practical vision aimed at protecting clients’ interests and offering viable and strategic solutions.
