He has consolidated his professional experience in tax planning and optimization policies for large estates and multinational companies, highlighting his advice to tax consolidation groups with international presence, planning and executing restructuring operations.

He advises national and international groups on a regular basis in their daily tax matters, both in direct and indirect taxation, representing them in verification and inspection procedures before the Tax Administration, as well as in litigation before the Courts, both in economic, administrative, and contentious matters. Likewise, he has prepared transfer pricing reports for the mentioned companies

He has advised on the establishment in Spain of foreign companies, as well as Spanish companies to establish themselves abroad, as well as participating in Due Diligence processes and investment and divestment operations.
