Fernando began his professional career in the Tax Law Department of Laffer Abogados, advising national business groups, multinational companies, family businesses and private taxation for large taxpayers (entrereneurs, professionals and athletes).

He has also worked as a teacher in the Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy at ISDE as a lecturer in Wealth Tax.

He is currently working as an Associate in the Tax Department of Benow Partners.

Fernando has professional experience in tax planning for wealth-management client, family businesses, corporate taxation and in management, tax audit, collection and penalty procedures both in administrative proceedings and judicial review. I also have experience in the taxation of professional athletes.

Similarly, I provide recurring tax advice to individuals, companies, and corporate groups in the areas of national and international direct and indirect taxation. Additionally, I manage the compliance of their tax obligations.
