Fernando began his professional career at Ramón y Cajal Abogados and later at Cuatrecasas, before joining Benow in 2013.

Fernando has more than 20 years of experience as a tax lawyer, advising national and international clients on all kinds of direct and indirect tax matters.

On the one hand, he has advised business groups on the planning and execution of corporate restructuring operations or in tax inspection procedures. His advice has also covered tax audit processes (Due Diligence), international taxation issues, legal assistance in all types of tax disputes before the various administrative and jurisdictional instances, and tax advice in workforce restructuring or employee compensation plans.

On the other hand, he has advised high net worth individuals on tax regularizations and family asset restructurings.
