Ignacio is a partner at Benow Partners and has a solid track record advising high net worth individuals, multinational groups and companies with an international presence. He specialises in tax planning and optimisation, tax consolidation and complex corporate transactions. His experience covers direct and indirect taxation, as well as defence in inspection procedures and tax litigation.

Throughout his career, he has accompanied Spanish enterprises and subsidiaries of large international groups in their day-to-day operations and international expansion, and in processes of implementation in Spain. He has also been involved in providing tax advice in the real estate area of a leading financial institution in the IBEX-35 and various companies in the sector. His experience includes tax audits (due diligence), transfer pricing reports, asset restructurings and investment and divestment transactions, with a particular focus on structures with an international component.

Ignacio holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and a Master’s degree in Taxation and Tax Consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros. Since 2018, together with the Benow Partners team, he has been promoting a model of collaborative specialised tax advice aimed at providing clear and efficient solutions in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
