Luis is a lawyer specialising in tax law with more than two decades of experience advising companies, individuals and international groups. After working for KPMG and PKF Attest, he consolidated his expertise in the fields of corporate taxation, tax proceedings and restructuring operations. He later founded Benow Partners with the vision of offering a collaborative, committed and deeply client-oriented service, and turned the firm into a true strategic partner for those who engage its services.

Today he heads Benow, a tax boutique that advises medium-sized and large enterprises, Spanish subsidiaries of large international groups and family estates. Under his leadership, Benow Partners provides services that range from ongoing tax advice, international taxation, due diligence and financial taxation to corporate and asset transactions, assistance with inspections, regularisations, tax compliance and tax litigation. The firm also assists resident and non-resident individuals in complying with their tax obligations in Spain. After more than ten years of steady growth, the project has been consolidated thanks to a culture of collaboration, both within the team and with clients.

In addition to his professional activity, Luis teaches taxation at the Instituto de Estudios Financieros and ISDE, where he leads courses on Corporate Income Tax, Corporate Taxation and Real Estate Taxation.
